It has come to our knowledge that a company from Austria, the
Construct Data Verlag GmbH (FAIRGUIDE), sends letters to exhibitors
of fairs offering to advertise for three years on a virtual
catalogue published on the web site.
In the offer, Construct Data uses the name of Italian Fairs
and also the name of the exhibitions and which exhibitor took
part.
We intend to clarify that Construct Data has never been authorized
to use our trade marks and data; so our Organizing Secretariat
has no kind of contract or agreement or responsibility in this
matter. Please pay attention if you receive the letter/contract
from Construct Data Verlag GmbH. |
